I had no plan getting out of the military; was happy to land on my feet and support my family, but 3 years out of service I needed something new in my professional career. I found FourBlock, signed up for the Boston cohort, and it changed the trajectory of my professional life. I was satisfied with status quo in my post military job, which was not my mentality while I was in the military. FourBlock provided me the tools and resources to be confident in my military experiences, and shaped my perspective to take on new challenges, providing a roadmap for me to explore and accept opportunities I had no idea I needed. I am forever grateful for this amazing organization.
